When you call Northstar Products you will speak with a person who can answer all of your questions about your bimini top and frame needs. You may not always like the answers you get but you will get answers...from a person!
We take the time to walk you through the process. We make sure you understand what you are buying. We give you a timeline for when your product will be finished and we stick to it. If for some reason we can't make your product by the time we say we can we will contact you to let you know. We will explain what happened and why we are late.
If you are unsure about what happens after the sale should you have a problem you can put that to rest with us as well. We want to make sure your bimini fits your boat perfectly. If you need larger rear braces and didn't expect you would, we will accomodate that for nothing more than the cost to ship it to you. If you get our bimini top and for any reason are not completely satisfied you can always return it, unused for a refund.
